Sir Stephen Wall, former Permanent Representative of the United Kingdom to the EU, and Pierre de Boissieu, former Permanent Representative of France to the EU and former Secretary-General of the Council of the European Union, co-authors of this new report published by the French think tank Synopia, will present the report and take part in a discussion.
